About the Sculpted Stoneware Chicken Roaster
An attractive chicken roaster that cooks as good as it looks! And it's so easy to use - no culinary talent needed! It gently roasts chicken in its own juices while added herbs and spices permeate. The stoneware distributes heat on all sides, allowing meat to cook evenly. Moisture is sealed in, leaving chicken so tender the meat easily falls off the bone... not to mention just how scrumptious it tastes! The roaster is also the perfect way to cook an array of other foods, including tender pot roast, turkey breast, Cornish hens, or a vegetable medley.
The chicken roasters are sculpted one-at-a-time by hand in stoneware clay in North Carolina. The stoneware pottery is lead-free, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Holds a 4 lb. hen or 3.5 lb. rolled roast.

Note: Stoneware should only be used in oven or microwave - not safe for a direct flame or stove-top use. As with all ceramic kitchenware, stoneware should not be placed in a refrigerator when hot, placed in water when hot, or in a stove/microwave when chilled. Always begin from room temperature.
