About the Times Square Lamp
Functional art at its' best! Mounted atop a contemporary silver base, the square lampshade captures a bustling street scene of Times Square with a warm, sepia tone. An ice cream shop and Howard Johnson's sign glow with an inviting light as cars and crowds scurry by. The original photographic image is produced on translucent film that allows the light to pass through and enhance the appearance. The lampshade is resistant to heat, light, and water, but should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth or duster. Image is repeated on all four sides. Designed and crafted in California.
