About the Stoneware Cobbler Crock
Handcrafted in stoneware, this 1.5-quart baking crock an ideal size for quiche, baked pasta, risotto, roasted vegetables, 2-person casserole, and of course, delicious cobblers! With its signature deep shape and serene golden brown/aqua green 'sea oats' glaze, the baker goes directly from oven to table with an artful presentation!
The functional baker is hand-thrown on the pottery wheel using white stoneware clay, giving it the delicate appearance of porcelain while maintaining the sturdiness of stoneware. With a lead-free and cadmium-free American-made golden brown/aqua green 'sea oats' color glaze, the pottery is food-safe and may be used in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Individually handcrafted in Texas and includes a recipe for Southern Blackberry Cobbler.
