About the Seafoam Sea Glass Drop Necklace 

Also known as mermaid's tears, sea glass are little gems of discarded glass, polished to a smooth finish by years of abrading by ocean waves and sand. Found on many beaches in the US and around the world, sea glass is prized for the frosted color and reclaimed beauty it provides.

California jewelry artisans Gene Allen and Rex Nockengust collect the beach-gathered segments of glass to create a piece of paradise to wear anywhere. Their Multi Drop Necklace features an assembly of seafoam-tone sea glass morsels in a palate of pastels aqua and frosty white, highlighted with faceted crystals, all set in sterling silver wire. The 2" drop pendant dangles from a full 36"-long sterling silver chain, which may be worn at a shorter length by placing the clasp on any loop in the chain. The drop pendant is also removable for use with other chains. Coordinating earrings also available (see below).
