About the da Vinci Renaissance Leather Journal 

The da Vinci Leather Journal features an enthralling design inspired by Renaissance aesthetics! Bench-crafted one at a time, each brown leather journal cover is created from custom tanned quality cowhide. The journal is accented with a solid pewter keyhole button, which an attached rawhide cord loops around to securely fasten the journal. Within the brown leather cover is a replaceable 5.5" x 8.5" 208-page hard-cover blank book of heavy bond acid-free pages, perfect for recording sketches, notes, dreams, travels, poetry, musings or your personal works of literature. Once the pages are full, the journal may be refilled with a new blank book, allowing a lifetime of use (additional blank books available separately below).

Leather portions are tanned and hand-tooled in the USA. Pewter closure button is individually designed and cast in the USA. The overall design extends fully to both sides, front to back.
