About the Tribal Tapestry Earrings 

With a wide range of intriguing influences, from the tribal to the whimsical, artists John and Linda Whitney fabricate jewelry by hand in their Vermont studio. Since 1970 they have cultivated and refined techniques of forming, soldering, forging, casting and texturing mixed metals into works of wearable art.

Layering of coordinating elements form the Tribal Tapestry Earrings. Nickel silver is embellished with neutral fragments of polymer clay, brass rivets, and arched slices of copper wrapped in fine silver. Earrings measure 2.5" in length with surgical steel earwires. Earrings should be cleaned with a standard polishing cloth.
