About the Soup 'n Crackers Mug 

Keep your soup crackers handy with a clever soup n' crackers mug!  Each mug is handthrown from stoneware clay, given a careful dip in complimentary blue-green glazes and high fired for a permanent glossy finish that is microwave and dishwasher safe.  Mug holds approximately 22 ounces (2.75 cups) of soup and the shallow tray holds your favorite complimenting cracker - clam chowder and saltines, tomato soup and Ritz crackers or even chili and oyster crackers! 
Made by hand in Pennsylvania and signed by the artist on the bottom.

Note: Stoneware is safe for the oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, but should not be used with a direct flame or on a stove-top. As with all pottery, stoneware should not be placed in a refrigerator when the surface is hot or in a stove/microwave when chilled. Always begin from room temperature or close to room temperature.
