About the Personalized Family Name Platter

 
Handcrafted in New Hampshire, our personalized family name plate showcases the surname surrounded by the first names of the family members. The rectangular ceramic plate is personalized with the family name in a large font encompassed by colorful blue/green color blocks as shown. Up to 20 first names are hand-scripted in cursive. Perfect for an anniversary, reunion, or growing family!

All customization is rendered prior to the ceramic firing process, allowing the names to become a permanent part of the pottery. Plate is completely food safe; hand-washing is recommended; measures 12" x 6". Plate stand not included. Please see notes below for customization restrictions and shipping time.


Please note:

• The family name and member names should be listed in the "order notes" section of your shopping cart.  Or, feel free to email us with details.
  
• There is a limit of 10 characters for the family surname. Between 2 and 20 first names (of any length) may be used. The names will be repeated as necessary to fill the space (as exemplified in image above). Due to the hand-written factor, the cursive text may vary slightly.
  
• Ships directly from the artisan's New Hampshire studio in approximately 3 weeks. 
  
• Currently, the plate can only ship within the contiguous 48 states (unfortunately, this item cannot ship to HI, AK, PR, or outside of the US). APO/FPO addresses will be honored with shipment directly from Modern Artisans via postal sevice, but delivery time will be extended.
  
• An optional gift card can be included with the platter. You will be asked for this optional message in your shopping cart. Please keep message to 12 words or less.
  
• Looking for a similar custom plate for a different purpose? You may instead customize the family name with any word or words up to 10 characters!  The words "the" and "family" can be removed and the cursive words may also be replaced with any text up to 20 words.
