About the Harmony/Tranquility Kanji Vase 

The modern raku technique arises from ancient Japanese methods of exposing clay to rapid low-fire temperature changes. Raku pottery is admired for the range of colors generated by the oxidation when fired - glimmering shades of burnt orange, copper, indigo and maroon.

This raku vase features a striking elliptical shape, perfect for highlighting dried floral arrangements. The kanji symbols for Harmony and Tranquility are depicted on either side, providing a paramount accent on the vase and a marvelous endorsement in any home. Handcrafted in Kansas.

Please note: One side of the vase features the Harmony Kanji Symbol, while the other side features the Tranquility Kanji Symbol. Vase is recommended for dried or silk flowers only.
