About the Personalized Baby Name Keepsake Plate

 
A gracious sentiment to celebrate the birth date of a new blessing! Handcrafted in New Hampshire, our ceramic keepsake plate features the child's first initial stylized atop neutral color stripes, surrounded by classic scrolls and Italian prose. The baby's first name and middle name are personalized at the top of the plate and specific date is placed at the bottom.

The personalization is rendered prior to the pottery firing process, creating a permanent remembrance of the special birth date. Plate is completely food safe and hand-washing is recommended. Plate is 8" square. Plate stand not included. Please see notes below for customization restrictions and shipping time.

• Baby name includes first and middle name only. Limit of 10 characters per first name and 10 characters per middle name
  
• This item ships directly from the artisan's New Hampshire studio in approximately 3 weeks. 
  
• Currently, the plate can only ship within the contiguous 48 states (unfortunately, this item cannot ship to HI, AK, PR, or outside of the US). APO/FPO addresses will be honored with shipment directly from Modern Artisans via postal sevice, but delivery time will be extended.
